Westwood Golf Course / Sandtrap Bar & Grill of Phillips LLC
Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement

By reserving a tee time or using the facilities at Westwood Golf Course, operated by Sandtrap Bar & Grill of Phillips LLC (“Westwood Golf Course” or “the Course”), all golfers and guests agree to follow the Course’s rules, policies, and the terms outlined below.

Westwood Golf Course is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, golf clubs, bags, accessories, cash, electronics, vehicles, or other personal items.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property while using the Course and its facilities. By entering the property, guests agree that Westwood Golf Course, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be held liable for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property, regardless of cause.

Anyone operating or riding in a golf cart provided by the Course does so at their own risk. Golfers accept responsibility for the safe operation and care of rented golf carts and agree to use reasonable caution to prevent injury, damage, or misuse.

The renter assumes responsibility for any damage to the cart, injury to themselves or others, or damage to property resulting from use of the golf cart. The golfer further agrees to reimburse and hold harmless Westwood Golf Course for any costs, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from such use.

Golf is an outdoor recreational activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, flying golf balls, swinging clubs, golf cart use, and other hazards associated with the game and golf course facilities.

By participating in activities at Westwood Golf Course, golfers voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, financial loss, or death related to their participation or presence on the property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, golfers release and discharge Westwood Golf Course, Sandtrap Bar & Grill of Phillips LLC, and their owners, employees, agents, insurers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from use of the Course or participation in golf-related activities.

This agreement applies to all guests, golfers, spectators, and participants using the facilities or property of Westwood Golf Course.

If any portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By booking a tee time, renting a cart, or entering the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement.
